Every order placed with Bullionward is carefully prepared to ensure your little one's new swimwear arrives safely and ready for every beach day, pool adventure, and family holiday. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, dispatch, and deliver our products.

Preparing Your Order

Once your purchase has been confirmed, our fulfillment team begins preparing your order.

Preparation includes:

  • Quality inspection of every item

  • Secure packaging designed to protect products during transit

  • Shipping label generation

  • Handover to one of our logistics partners

Most orders leave our warehouse within 1–3 business days. During new collection launches, holiday seasons, or promotional events, preparation may require a little additional time.

Delivery Coverage

Bullionward delivers children's swimwear to customers across many international destinations.

Delivery availability depends on local courier coverage and customs regulations within the destination country.

If we cannot deliver to your location, you will be informed before completing your purchase whenever possible.

Shipping estimates are intended as guidelines and may occasionally vary due to customs processing, carrier capacity, weather conditions, transportation disruptions, or public holidays.

Order Tracking

Every shipment includes tracking.

Once your package has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.

Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking system to update after the parcel has been scanned by the carrier.

Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated automatically during checkout based on destination and available delivery methods.

Whenever promotional shipping offers are active, they will be displayed automatically before payment.

Customs & Import Duties

Orders delivered outside the destination country's customs union may be subject to import taxes, VAT, customs duties, or brokerage fees.

These charges are determined by local authorities and remain the customer's responsibility.

Bullionward has no control over these government-imposed fees.

Delivery Delays

Although most orders arrive within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur because of:

  • Customs inspections

  • Severe weather

  • Airline cargo restrictions

  • Local courier delays

  • National holidays

  • High seasonal shipping volumes

These situations are outside our direct control, but our support team will gladly assist whenever possible.

Incorrect Shipping Details

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.

If an incorrect address prevents successful delivery, additional shipping charges may apply before the parcel can be resent.

If the package has not yet entered the shipping process, we will gladly update your address whenever possible.

Missing Deliveries

If your tracking indicates delivery but the package cannot be located, we recommend:

  • Checking around your property

  • Asking household members or neighbors

  • Contacting your local delivery office

If the parcel still cannot be located, please contact our support team so we can open an investigation with the carrier.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours.

To speed up the investigation, include:

  • Photos of the damaged item

  • Photos of the shipping packaging

  • Photos of the shipping label

This information helps us evaluate the claim quickly and determine the most appropriate solution.

Multiple Shipments

When your order contains multiple products, they may occasionally be shipped separately from different fulfillment facilities.

If this occurs, each shipment will receive its own tracking number.
